CBA provides advisory services to middle market companies. Finance and operational advisory services have been a cornerstone of CBA’S “client-oriented” approach from its inception. We recognize that companies often require independent unbiased advice and counsel on corporate operating and finance issues unrelated to a specific transaction.  CBA’s professionals also have significant experience in situations involving severe financial stress including Chapter 11 advisory services and structuring non-judicial workouts which often include a need to secure financing.  

• Providing "on-call" management consulting to senior management or boards of directors of private companies who require an independent and experienced perspective on strategy, financing, or expansion issues throughout the year 
• Analysis of specific corporate strategies and alternatives within the areas of mergers and acquisitions and divestures. 
• An extensive due diligence review of a company to identify factors that could either positively or negatively impact a future sale, divestment, merger, joint venture or capital markets efforts 
• Bankruptcy and workout consulting for corporations and limited partnerships on behalf of creditors, management or trustees. 
• Identification of financing sources needed or desired by an operating company whether the company is in financial stress or otherwise. 
• Positioning a company for a transition in ownership and/or strategic focus and growth whether the company is in financial stress or otherwise.
